A day at Bern's historic Zibelemärit, between onion braids, confetti and local specialities in the heart of the Swiss capital.
The Zibelemärit — the Onion Market — is Bern's oldest and most characteristic fair: from the early hours of the morning the UNESCO-listed old town fills with stalls selling onion braids, garlic, sweets and local produce, amid showers of confetti.

Ticino → Bern → return
Early morning departure from Ticino by luxury coach. Arrival in Bern during the morning and a free day in the old town to enjoy the Zibelemärit: market stalls, local specialities and a stroll beneath the city's famous arcades. Departure in the late afternoon and arrival back in Ticino in the evening.
